Logger
Workout Logger
Keep your sets, RPE, and rest targets in one place. The logger autosaves locally, exports to CSV or JSON, and can launch the timer straight from a set row.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the workout logger need an account?
No. Everything is stored locally in your browser, so there is no sign-up and no data leaves your device. The trade-off is that clearing your browser storage or switching devices loses the log, which is why an export option is provided.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes. The logger exports the session as JSON, so you can keep a copy, move it to a spreadsheet, or import it elsewhere. There is also a delete-all option if you want to clear everything.
Why log rest periods alongside sets?
Because a set is not comparable to another set unless the rest before it was similar. Logging rest is what makes your reps and loads meaningful over time, and it is the fastest way to spot that a stalled lift is a recovery problem rather than a strength problem.
